Boomerang operates under a Business Associate Agreement with every practice. Patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Minimum-necessary AI exposure
The voice AI never sees a patient's name, contact info, or medical history. Only a procedure type and general anxiety level go to the model — and only for the call.
Append-only audit trail
Every conversation event is logged immutably. Practices can export the full trail for any patient on request.
